There is a lot less out there in general for FPGAs. You may be best off=20
getting the book that goes with the board if your budget allows for it.

Without some step by step, board/chip specific tutorial, you will have=20
to get reading all the available documentation. This will be necessary=20
anyway.
I'm sure most have been in this situation - I know I spent many many=20
hours reading long datasheets, and there is still so much I don't know=20
overall. These things are very complicated - although the principle is=20
simple the application of it, software, theory, is not. I remember=20
spending about a day getting an LED counter going, in one sense it=20
helped to make my own board as at least I knew for sure there was=20
nothing out there :-)

I learn quickest by example, but I learn best when I figure it all out=20
myself (plus it's more satisfying)
