I think because there are no PIC related questions. beginners tend to ask
things on Microchip forum, and the experienced has either no question, or
can answer by themselves, or consult Microchip or ask there just like the
beginners.

(Sometimes) I enjoy reading [OT] too, few times [EE] as well as there are
great people here - pity that we cannot create new conversations about an
interesting project or problem etc.
