I'm working on a small project at present that will use the USB=20 capabilities of an 18F14K50. Now, on this PIC, the D+ & D- pins are=20 also the PGC & PGD pins. I imagine that normally this is not a problem, as you would only be=20 using the ICSP function while the USB port is not physically connected=20 to a host. This design is a little different, as the PIC is hard wired to a USB hub=20 chip (downstream port) on the same board. I can see the potential for=20 conflict. I was thinking that I might just have to add a pair of disconnect=20 jumpers between the USD hub chip and the PIC's D+ & D- pins, leaving=20 them open during programming. Has anyone done something like this before?
