has on some past occasions caused stability problems. The advice is
good but has already been given and we await the relevant response.
Regardless of content thereof it is general policy to avoid subsequent
immediate responses which leads to a ramping up of interpersonal
aggravations. Such a need may be deemed to arise "in due course" but
at this point in the cycle we would rather seek to contain it in the
interests of greater long term gains. The admins are onto it and the
initial approach will be normalised with as much rapidity as seems
liable to be possible while avoiding early defenestration.
