Since it has become clear that Olin is much smarter than the average visito=
r to this mailing list , the admins have voted on a new policy.

Olin will now rate each contributor to this mailing list using a scale of z=
ero to 10.
Anyone getting a rating lower than a 3 will be on probation.  If they canno=
t raise their rating in 90 days they will be asked to add " ID 10 T " to th=
e subject of their posts.

Rzzzzzz gets an an automatic pass with a rating of e to the power pi.

Anyone receiving a rating higher than five will be sent a coupon good for a=
 souvenir chunk of concrete from the Fukushima Daiichi energy plant.
