Check to make sure you don't have some local seting in your email tool that censors outgoing email,=20 and prevents it transmission, ie.. Blacklist function. =20 Or conversely, you could add the piclist server to a whitelist to make sure your email tool knows=20 that it's okay to send to that address. And finally, check any virus scanning software or malware checking software that it isn't stopping your email from going out. These too may have a Blacklist and/or Whitelist function to block or allow, respectively, email from going out or coming in.
