Well I feel stupid. The clock from the Counsel is a 4us period. My loop was
too slow with the pic clocked at 4Mhz. Changing my delays in Ack and adding
a 20Mhz xtal solved it. Unless anyone has any suggestions on speeding up my
4Mhz SPI routine?
