I didn't get this at all ...

Actually sometimes there is huge latency for particular people due to=20
SMTP servers getting slowed by Spam. I've had my posts to list vary from=20
minutes to 5 hrs when others are appearing in minutes.

Worst case delays I've seen just between two Irish ISPs that are=20
normally a minute or two is about 2 days due to Spam.
