I confess: you got me.  However, I didn't make a cent.  I never sold=20
any.  I "invented" mine 5 years ago and gave them away to friends.  Just=20
being a little facetious here ;>

I thought about it and figured someone would take it to China and they=20
would show up at Wallmart cheaper than I could ever make them for.=20
Someone has and they did.  Not mine but the same thing.

For anyone who wants to make one, use R-G-B leds driven with slow sine=20
waves at different frequencies.  Say, 7 second period, 13 second period=20
and maybe 19 second period.  You get *many* colors and the slowly=20
changing effect is quite nice.  I've built them with everything from an=20
ARM processor to a PIC10F.

Any diffuser will look ok but a really nice one can be had by using a=20
large calcite rock crystal.
