I am not sure that this is true. Just before the switch to all-digital ther=
e=20
was a big todo when one of our local stations was dropped from TWC because=
=20
of a contractural dispute between the station and TWC. People were going ou=
t=20
and buying antennas to get the signal OTA. In fact, TWC was giving away fre=
e=20
antennas!
