So I found the portion of the thread from january that I somehow missed=20 in my archive search about jellybean transistors, and it contained a=20 mention about the rohn RK7002..... Am I reading this datasheet right? http://www.rohm.com/products/databook/tr/pdf/rk7002b.pdf Looks like full 250mA at around 2.7 v (figure 3). Single digit=20 resistance (3ohms or so), at approximately the same 2.7V. (figure 11). Even has an integral ESD protection diode. Not perfect, but better...
