Ugh, no.  Only as a last resort.  This is the kind of person you want to
find thru personal contacts with recommendations attached.

We do electrical designs, but occasionally the project has a mechanical
engineering component to it.  In those cases we work with another small
company that does sortof what we do except for mechanical engineering.  The=

do the same thing in reverse with us when their mechanical design has a
electrical component.
