Both are frequency, one is "per > minute" and the other is "per second".=20 My comparative mind saw this as Olin meaning that 133.33 is not a frequency, it is a dimensionless number, while 133.33 Hz (or 133 Hz, rounded to a more reasonable precision) /is/ a frequency, approximately the same as 8000 1/min (which is also a frequency). No need to bring a rotor or even an engine into this part of the discussion. FWIW, using proper units avoids many errors.
