The layers should be=20 oriented so that you're looking down through the stack. I recommend checking the Gerbers with a viewer and making sure that=20 everything lines up. The free version of Viewmate by Pentalogicx=20 =20 is one option for a viewer. The other strong recommendation is to use Advanced Circuits FreeDFM=20 service. You send your Gerber files and in a few minutes (hopefully)=20 you receive an email back stating that the Gerbers have passed a DFM=20 reality check. If the reply takes longer, the response may include=20 errors that may be minor (silk screen width too fine) or fatal (like=20 having the mirrored box checked resulting in a flipped layer.
