FPGA is hardly ever in Mass produced product

Mass produced is ARM core etc in SOC or complete ASIC

A FPGA able to do an ARM as soft core is much more power consumption and=20
much more  expensive than ARM at same speed (which can be close to $1).=20
An ARM in an SoC is effectively less than $1.
