I'd expect to have everything included (including my text notes so I can better recall things). I want to get a build, type make (or ant or whatever) and I expect it should compile if I have the correct developer env. I'm also of the habit of building shell scripts (I work a lot with Linux) to setup shell envs so they're not hard coded in my profile.
