Seems essentially certain..

But the text in question changes suddenly hald ay down.
Top half translates using "Russian". Bottom half dinna.

Using "detect language" gives 'full" translation but I did not find a
manually selectable language that would translate the 2nd half. It MAY
be there, but it seems more likely that G' is 'hiding' a translation
choice from manual access for whatever reason.
