I have never used anything else then a simple "Reply".
And it has always worked no matter what mail client I'm using.

After all, it is *1 single* entity I'm communicating with,
the "PIClist", so "Reply" is the logical choice.

"Reply All" is when you *want* your mail to go to multiple
recipients, which is never the case with PIClist, for me at least.
