Traffic costs, Administration Spamming and Porn etc is why ISPs=20
increasinly don't offer Web/FTP space

The Miscreants often use bot net based proxies

If only ISP email existed Spam would drop a lot.

Google, Microsoft, Yandex and AOL are pathetic at blocking accounts used=20
by content spammers.
