Most ISPs  I know don't offer web or FTP space.

Also people don't realise there are "free to join" sites with no strings=20
that give validated members free attachment storage. We allow up to=20
2Mbyte per post.

Only 450 actual members but we have rejected   a total of 4773=20
submissions for membership as attempted content spammers.
