waste-of-time filter.  If someone can't figure out how to get access to web
space, then they are a waste of time.

Every internet service provider deal I've seen in the last decade at least
has always included some web space in even the lowest level deal.  If you'r=

at a university, they nowadays always give you some web space.  Don't your
students get their own web site just for being enrolled?  It's hard to
imagine how someone doing PIC work can have access to the internet but not =
a
place to publish files to the web.
