What's the big deal just putting the document on a web server someplace and then giving out the URL? This is a very simple concept and easy to do. If you've got a problem with something so basic, then a PIC temperature controller is way over your head. Maybe it's better to quit now. I also notice that you say this is a .docx file. Bad idea. Even if someon= e is willing to run software to view one of those, it's still a hassle to navigate compared to a PDF file.
