Yeah, I am surprised they seem to be getting it into a 6 pin SOT-23 - least= I also assume it is an SOT-23, I don't know off hand of any other 6 pin pa= ckage, unless it is a shortened SO-8, cut down to 6 pins. They must have sc= aled the die down a fair bit, as the extra function modules will take a not= insignificant bit of additional room as well. And I do like the emulated EE functionality, I had thought of a project tha= t would suit one a 10F, but it would have needed about 4 bytes of EEPROM.
