The Cuyahoga river fire was years ago, with many heavy industrial plants=20 providing jobs for 10's of thousands of people. Today it is much=20 cleaner, with rowing shells skimming the waters. Wish other places in=20 the world had made as much progress in pollution control, and their=20 goods reflect the price of that progress. Lake Erie also has became much=20 clearer, mainly due to the invasive zebra mussels.
