Digi-key had the ISD4002 part in single quantity when I checked a minute=20 ago, but all I saw were 28-pin devices. The dsPIC was still a bit=20 cheaper, if you can replace any of the other parts with it. Also, the=20 output impedance on the winbond part was 5kohm, so I suspect an audio=20 amp will be necessary.
