The meter reading via a slow data rate powerline modem sort of=20 equipment. This is not a drive by short range RF reading. The utility is=20 going toward time of day metering, where peak hours, twice a day would=20 initially be $0.01 or $0.02/KWH, going to maybe $0.05/KWH in 5 years.=20 Our present rate is around $0.12/KWH. I'm not sure whether they are=20 downloading a batch once or so a day, or continuously, say every 5=20 minutes an instantaneous meter reading.
