OK, as they are smart meters, I assume that the meter reader wanders around=
 with something that can read a near field radio signal to download the rea=
ding - or does it get downloaded over the wire to HO?

Whatever, it sounds like when the power came on a blitz of RF noise from al=
l the meters trying to talk at once caused the doors to open.
