=20 Hi, all,=20 to get a quick solution from my "corrupt eeprom problem" I tried to simply remove the possibility to change mode, means there are two software codes, one for mode1 and one for mode2 (I don't like this, but it would be a possibility). I now tried to flash the changed software, but for another part of my circuit can only be operated from no more than 3,3V I crashed this part by applying 5V (no big surprise!). When looking at several application notes I only found the possibility of ICSP with Vdd=3D5V! Do I miss something? My ICSP hardware is a PICStart+ (I love it!) with a self made adapter. To let you know: In series production the PIC is flashed with Vdd=3D5V when the other part is still not attached. And it is much work to disassemble it= ! My questions: Is there a possibility to make flashing with Vdd=3D3,0V on a 12F519? If possible at all, is it reliable, to just use a voltage divider for Vdd, ICSPCLK and ICSPDAT? I assume I have to keep the Vpp at those 12,5V (which makes no problem in my case) Thanks for help and best regards Peter --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
