If someone doesn't want to reply to your message, that's their choice. You have no right to send them a second spam message to insist on more free help or to try to cu= t in line somehow. Nobody is owed a reply here. You only get replies because others decided t= o volunteer their time to your issue. You want to make as things easy and un-annoying to the volunteers who donate their free time to respond here as possible.
