I'm especially liking the XLR shell that Neutrik makes for the RJ45. Doesn't quite meet my current spec, but I may be able to parallel up several of the conductors to get there. (and I may be over-specing my current...) And XLR gets a big +1 for availability. I seem to have overlooked the Speak-on series - or at least missed the 4 and 8 pole versions, definitely worth considering.
