I see one oddity: the motor driver chip is powered from Vdd but the=20 positive side of the clamp diodes goes to Vcc. The positive side of=20 the clamp diodes should go to the same power supply line as what=20 powers the driver chip. Question: why do you have 10k resistors in series with all of the=20 control inputs to the driver chip? If the driver chip has internal=20 pull-up or pull-down resistors, you will have problems. Even if the=20 driver doesn't have pull-up or pull-down resistors, I'd be tempted to=20 reduce those series resistors to 1k or so. dwayne --=20 Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax www.trinity-electronics.com Custom Electronics Design and Manufacturing --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
