Several thinks from the top:
It is common for blades to get gummed up, I can see material including=20
fine chips to get between the blades adding to the friction.
Are the special saw blades available in the future, or someone to=20
sharpen them if they are sharpen-able
Did one notice the lube sticks, will they be available in the future?

I have used a good quality hand circular saw to cut all those things=20
with good results many times.

If I had extra money, and didn't have one already, the Fein Multitool=20
would buy again.
