You just try walking down town dressed like that.

Actually, my experiences of wandering suburbia dressed in various
dressup garb indicates that people tend to smile or not see you at
all. I once dressed in full 12th century foot soldiers armour (leather
with metal shoulder protectors and similar, replete with sword and
more. Went down very well when entering various shops so dressed. So,
maybe Zorro  could pull it off as well?
