Note his next response which just arrived.  He has now "clarified" his
statement to something totally different that neither of us were
interpreting.  He still mentions something about cooling the *exhaust*
though, although now it's clear he's so confused that I hate to guess what
he really means.  You also have to keep the history of this OP in mind,
particular the brilliance level of past comments.
