THANKS A LOT :D i am now checking all the links.. i said to put away the analog part for now because i wanted to focus on my = principal problem, the USB part of the story. to answer the other qustion, = my objective is to have a multichannel device and since i paid 99=A4 for a = steinberg CI-1, 2 stereo inputs hi/lo impedance, phantom, yamaha mixers' co= nverter (really good for me) and it was quite the best in quality/price rat= io AND multichannel (i mean more than 2 mono channels) devices starts from = 200=A4 i said myself "let's try that". even if i will spend more in the end= , i will have learnt something ;) to explain my idea, for example: i have 4 channels=20 ADn-> 16bit register, number n -> 16 bit multiplexer, 4 ways -> pic a program cycle: ADDRESS=3D00 send ADDRESS to mux address read from mux store into memory send through USB (audio channel ADDRESS) ADDRESS ++ if ADDRESS > 4, ADDRESS=3D0 repeat. that is the basic, i think it makes sense.. or i could read from all the AD= s first then send everything > From: alan.b.pearce@stfc.ac.uk > To: piclist@mit.edu > Subject: RE: [PIC] (i guess..)
