I thought  only HW overlay is inaccessible to Alt prt-scn or prn-scrn,=20
and even then any application I've seen can be persuaded one way or=20
another to not-use HW overlay (which makes video usually unusable)?

Even then you can use TV out card and video capture if really=20
determined. Or a HD flat screen and good camera.
