OK, thanks Marcel, although I think their timeline for geometry sizes is gi=
ving times that are too late. The impression I get from the HP articles per=
used is that 7um was about the norm at the tail end of the 60s, and they we=
re pushing smaller then, where this document says 7-10um minimum in the mid=
 70s.
