I have an RCA Microprocessor book that has the MWS5114 and MWS5101 in it, b= ut again they are devoid of any geometry information. There are photos of t= he die, for those who buy them for use on hybrid circuits, which give the o= verall chip sizes, but nothing at all about geometry dimensions. I suspect = the sort of info I am after got presented in papers at conferences, and not= in data sheets. At this stage I am just after the numeric data, but may wish to have scans = of documents later, if the tutor seems to think that is required. Appreciate what you can provide anyway. Thanks for the offer. Alan --=20 Scanned by iCritical. --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
