I am looking for information on ancient RAM chips, specifically 1101, 1103,
2101 and 2102 types, but later chips also required. Datasheets would be
helpful, but I am really after information on the geometries used.

I or friends can do some of those - but if anyone has it more to hand try
them 1st5.

Others maybe.
1702 quite probably
2708
2716.
Maybe 5101?
