They will be at different temperatures.
Assuming the heater is on :-) and running at rated power :-) then the
one with the least  effective radiating area is liable to be hotter,
as long as eg there are not also conduction paths to deal with.

But, if you has asked which would heat a sealed room more effectively,
I'd have said that the weight of the aircraft presses on the ground
beneath it.
