The only thing one can do to energy at 100% efficiency is to waste it. I
don't see how their heating element can be more efficient than any other
model, unless the other models waste energy by radiating a lot of RF or
mechanical vibration (sound) to the outside of the room.

That's silly, the thermal mass inertia should be enormous, perhaps
taking several seconds to minutes to stabilize.
