Is there a better approach to quickly check over a >piece of analog gear? I have a different capacitor ESR analyzer and it gets used=20 frequently. It works well. Mine is the one on the left. There are now several versions of essentially the same thing. All=20 appear to cost significantly less than the original CapAnalyzer. I also have a "Leak Seeker" which gets used rarely. However, when I=20 need it, I *really* need it and have never regretted purchasing it. My other piece of related test gear is the L/C Meter IIB from Almost=20 All Digital Electronics . I use=20 that thing every week, whether I'm repairing something or designing=20 something. Its $100 (kit) plus shipping and worth every penny. I=20 had one of the guys in my shop put it together . dwayne --=20 Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax www.trinity-electronics.com Custom Electronics Design and Manufacturing --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
