You have totally missed the point, which is that you have to be careful
using any abbreviation on a international list.  Some of course are OK,
especially when they are within the subject of the list domain.  However,
expecting everyone to know what you mean by something as obscure and easily
misunderstood as "FSM" is just dumb.
