Apple are doing it to the Macbooks that come in for service, as well.

iFixit has (already) got a kit you can purchase which has the tool, a set
of
replacement screws, and a nice replacement screwdriver to put the new
screws
back in.

I've also seen instructions on creating a mating driver.

If you can't open it, you don't own it.
