I bought the above unit via the local auction site yesterday ($5) and
am wondering if anyone has an operating manual for it.

It is actually working although the power connector is a bit dodgy and
it's missing the wall-wart and any form of manual etc. It seems to be
set up so it can use an external battery - also not included.

The thing is that I've opened it up and there is some sort of RF
module attached. It's wired into the video circuitry side, rather than
the keypad side so I don't think it's an RF remote control. It looks a
bit more involved than that and anyway there's a separate sensor for
an IR remote.

I'm thinking it could be a TV receiver of some sort and am wondering
how to operate it.

Or any other ideas?

Various web sites do not mention any TV tuner but most of them are in
Russian and none appear to have a (free) manual download.
