Following up on my own question: My initial message is not clear. I am asking about the value of=20 the Vdd voltage during programming. Section 6 of the programming=20 spec (DS39622L) answers my question assuming this is the correct=20 document for the "LF" devices. The device overview section does not=20 mention "LF" parts.
