There are several other standards for capacitor symbols, some of what I hav= e already seen: 1) Polarized: one thick bar and one thin bar, unpolarized: 2 thin bars 2) Polarized: two thick bars, negative filled and positive hollow, unpolari= zed: both bars filled. 3) Polarized: negative terminal in shape of U positive terminal straigth in= side the U, unpolarized: two straight bars. 4) The alluded curved and straight bars versus two straight bars. 3) The same design as above with a plus sign in the polarized model. Plus others.
