Maxim makes a 32KHz stabilized module that is relatively=20
inexpensive.  We use them here as intermediate standards for=20
calibrating our other 32KHz crystal-based units.

These units from Maxim are really rather good.  Sorry - don't recall=20
the exact part number or price.
