They are popular with the RC crowd. I purchased once from them and =20 had a problem with one motor (which was matched to the other three for =20 a quad-copter). Their customer service and ethics is pathetic. =20 Paypal would not do anything, stating that they only cover items not =20 received, rather than damaged items. With some "effort", I eventually =20 (several months later) got a replacement, and after that paypal =20 changes it policy to cover damaged/problem items. Only because of =20 that I may consider purchasing from them again (as I may have to match =20 items already purchased from them). Another good site (which I've had no problems with)... =20 http://www.hobbypartz.com/ and shipping on most items is free, so =20 pricing works out excellent.
