I don't know any distributors for Mitsubishi parts of this type, probably only available in Asian markets. My television has an audio output, and although it is post-selection, it is pre-volume control. I don't care for multiple/universal remote controls, so I want to build an external audio attenuator that responds to the same IR remote codes as the television. I'm not into "5.1" or any of that other stuff, I just want to go into a power amp after my attenuator. So I'll also put a little gain in there somewhere, to get me up to a volt or so. This project goes on the stack of other work-avoidance projects so it'll be a while, but I'll give a report when I finish it. Thanks to everyone for their help.
